Pho
Pho is also known as Vietnamese noodle soup; its origin can be traced back to both Chinese and French in influence. In the aftermath of the Vietnam War in the late 1970s, Vietnamese refugees brought pho culture to different parts of the world.
Born in South Vietnam in the 1970s, Danh Vo ed the country with his family at the age of 4 and settled down in Denmark. The Vo family maintain ties to their original culture by cooking Vietnamese meals. While other children craved candies, Danh Vo grew up eating and loving pho.
